The First Zonal Meeting of the year 2023 was held in Abidjan (Republic of Côte d’Ivoire) from May 16 to 17, 2023 at the PALM CLUB Hotel.

It was preceded by the Meeting of the Executive Committee on Monday May 15, 2023, at the same place.
The meeting received an active participation of eighty-five (85 ) delegates from the fourteen (14) National Bureaux constituting the ECOWAS Brown Card Insurance Scheme, namely :
